Matthew focuses on sourcing and structuring transactions in the UK and European markets, managing the due diligence and funding process to closing and strategic portfolio management.

He has structured and closed investment and financing transactions across the UK and major European markets totaling over £1.4 billion. Before joining Sidra Capital, Matthew was Partner, Head of UK at 90 North Real Estate Partners where he played a significant role in the growth of the company from inception to AUM >$1bn.

Matthew has a MSc Real Estate Investment (with distinction), a Post Graduate Diploma and BA (Hons) and the Investment Management.
