Mathew Hills

Matthew specializes in sourcing and structuring transactions in the UK and European markets, overseeing due diligence, funding, closing, and strategic portfolio management. He has structured and closed investment and financing deals exceeding £1.4 billion across these regions. Prior to joining Sidra Capital, Matthew was a Partner and Head of UK at 90 North Real Estate Partners, significantly contributing to the firm’s growth from inception to over $1 billion in AUM. He holds an MSc in Real Estate Investment (with distinction), a Postgraduate Diploma, and a BA (Hons) in Investment Management.
