Mr. Mustafa A. Al Darwish is an independent Board member. He has a breadth of experience in several sectors having served as CEO & Chairman of the Saudi Road and Maritime Transport Company (SARAMAT), the first shipping and logistics company in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He was also co-founder and former CEO of Elaf Travel & Tourism, one of the leading travel agencies in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He also worked as an advisor to Al Murjan Holding Limited, a conglomerate with subsidiaries in sectors such as utilities, retail, real estate and financial. He has also served as independent board member on several financial institutions namely Credit International S.A, Credit Libanais S.A. L and Capital Investment Holding Company.
