Sidra Capital acquired a 252,000 sq. ft. cross-dock distribution warehouse in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire, strategically located on Washingley Road within the Stukeley Meadows Industrial Estate. The property offers excellent access to major motorways and underwent refurbishment in 2020 as part of Sidra’s value-add strategy. In 2022, Sidra successfully sold the asset after securing Amazon as a long-term tenant.
