Sidra-Ancile Debt Equity Conversion Option Investment Fund (DECO) aims to generate low volatility, above average returns with zero correlation to traditional asset classes. It intervenes along the value chain by offering short and medium term shariah compliant growth and consolidation capital.

The fund targets non-speculative investees such as producers, merchants, transformers, distributors, metals and commodities.

Sidra-Ancile Debt Equity Conversion Option Investment Fund (DECO) seeks to benefit both from the invested entity’s existing operational cash and the resulting equity growth.

Upon exit, the fund devises an option combination of self liquidation and/or conversion into the investees’ equity.
