A Six-Month Learning Journey
The Sidra Graduate Training Program prepares Saudi nationals for a career in financial services. It seeks to support the national initiative to employ world-class individuals who have recently graduated, providing them real exposure to the financial world.
The 6-month program will provide individuals with practical training in core asset management areas/departments such as;
- Corporate finance
- Real estate
- Private equity and Private debt.
- Investment placement
- Compliance
- Legal
- Investment operations
The program is used to identify high-performing individuals and often serves as a feeder into one of the company’s many departments.
